Through this dedicated, independent, and separate communication channel, you can report breaches or imminent breaches of the Insurance and Reinsurance Distribution Act, other legal regulations insofar as they relate to insurance or reinsurance distribution, and directly applicable European Union regulations in the field of insurance distribution.
Reports can be submitted anonymously, but if you expect a response from us, please provide your contact details.
You can also submit a report by sending a written submission to Eurovalley s.r.o., SUBMISSION, Internal Control Department, Příkop 6, 602 00 Brno.
In accordance with Act No. 170/2018 Coll., we are able to ensure your protection, including the protection of personal data, provided the above conditions are met, unless disclosure is required by another legal regulation in connection with further investigation or subsequent court proceedings. All reports will be evaluated by the Internal Control Department of Eurovalley s.r.o. in accordance with applicable law and relevant internal regulations.
