Unjustified reduction of compensation

Several times a day! That's how often we encounter cases where, after a claim is reported, the insurance company decides to reduce the insurance payout.

Unjustified Compensation Reduction
And instead of an adequate amount, they pay the injured party only a fraction of that value. However, this is not always justified. A common reason for reduced insurance payouts is a lack of awareness of one's own rights and how to assert them. Knowing what you are entitled to is the first prerequisite for successful compensation.
Some cases, however, end up in court. Czechs are generally distrustful of the judicial system and believe they stand no chance against a colossus like an insurance company. Insurers, in turn, often rely on the fact that the injured party is not an expert in insurance (and legal) matters, or that they won't want to go to court over a few thousand, waiting years for a decision, all with the risk of failure and subsequent legal and administrative costs. Yet, there are numerous rulings from various court instances that rule in favor of the injured parties.
Naturally, we prevent such cases for our clients. Therefore, one of the first things we address with new clients is an insurance protection audit. We analyze the weak points of insurance coverage, propose optimization recommendations, and then implement them after consulting with the insured client.
Our clients barely have to worry about anything, even in the most complex cases. We handle everything. They simply send us the necessary documents, and subsequent communication with the insurance company is entirely our responsibility. This shields our clients from all interactions with insurance company staff, saving them stress and, most importantly, time.
We'd be happy to help you with that too. Contact us
